To start off with the cup cakes you first need to preheat the oven to 350 and than put paper wrappings in the cupcake tray.
In a sauce pan you need to add one cup of butter.

Than you need to add one cup of Guinness stout.

Than you need to add one cup of brown sugar.

After that you need to add 2/3 cup of hot coco.

Once you have all of those ingredients into your sauce pan you need to heat it up whisking often until the butter is completely melted. Than you need to let it cool back down to room temperature. While that is cooling you should start on the frosting.
To start off melt down a stick of butter.

Than you add four cups of powdered sugar.

After that I added in four drops of baileys frosting and put into a blender for a little to mix it up. Add milk to it to get the texture you want.
