Classic Irish Stew

To start off the Irish stew we first need to dump three pounds of beef into a shallow pan.

Than after that you need to dump in one cup of red wine.

Than you add one garlic clove minced. (Could not find picture)

than you add two bay leaves

Than you add 1/2 tea spoon of pepper

Than you add 1/4 teaspoon of thyme

Than you wrap that up in plastic wrap and let it soak for about 6-8 hours in the fridge.

Since I started to run out of time since I had school the next day I decided to cook the stew over night in a crock pot.

First I added 1/4 of vegetable oil ( picture cant be found)

Than I added 20 ounces of beef stock.

Than I added 6 carrots cut up into tiny slices.

Once the carrots were in the stew I than added 12 small boiling onions.

Than I added 6 medium potatoes and let that cook in the crock pot all night.

Than in the morning I checked the stew and this is what I had made.

By making it in the crock pot it made the meat and everything more like fallen apart and really good actually.
